To make a payment for One or MORE PERSONS simply indicate the TOTAL AMOUNT you are paying today in the "contribution" line. A form will follow that will let you to tell us how the payment should be divided. This service is secure, fast and efficient and provides you an immediate receipt for your registration. If you do not get a confirmaiton at the end of your registration, the process timed out and did not record your registration or charge you a fee.
2017 Contingent Payment Schedule:
$360 deposit paid with application
June 30, 2016 - $475 | September 30, 2016 - $475 | November, 2016- $475 | January, 2017 - $475
May 2017 - To be determined, if necessary
The total estimated cost of the trip is expected to about $2260. Final cost depends largely on travel costs and surcharges which have been volatile in recent years. If necessary a 5th payment will be required in May 2017 which will be announced in April.
Philmont refund policy:
If you need to withdraw, please notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will acknowledge your email as confirmation of your withdrawal date.
If you cancel before May 1, 2016 receive all fees paid to date less $50. Cancel before October 1, 2016 receive all fees paid to date less $100. The refund amount of any request made after October 1, 2016 will be dependent upon the financial commitment up to this point to Philmont, the airline and the transport company. A minimum of $150 will not be refunded.
